About this house rental

Escape to the lush grounds of a horse farm with paddocks full of beautiful horses and foals just feet from the cottage. Complete renovation of cottage in 2023, with space for relaxing and a private study for work. One king bed in primary bedroom and queen beds in bunk room. Co-host lives on property for quick responses to any needs. Close to Keeneland, Fasig-Tipton, Kentucky Horse Park, University of Kentucky, 12-mile Legacy Trail, Bourbon Trail, and Ark Encounter and much more.

This cottage was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. We loved the location - very close to Lexington but in an absolutely beautiful rural area. We were excited that the horses came out for a visit! We stayed here for UK family weekend and would definitely book again.
