Fully equipped kitchen, complete with side by side black refrigerator, smooth top stove, microwave, dishwasher & disposal. Large covered deck offers the perfect sanctuary at the end of the day. Ceiling fans in every room. The spacious upstairs bedrooms each have its own private bath and tons of closet space with a large walk-in closet & a separate long closet.The washer and dryer are also on the second floor. Extra-large two car garage with built in shelving. A cozy third bedroom & half bath in the basement offers a peaceful place to rest your head. Within walking distance to the neighborhood playground. Only 3 miles from downtown Lexington and 1.5 miles from Kroger's grocery. Just a 15 minute drive from the KY Horse Park.

Our family gathered together for Thanksgiving. This VRBO had a nicely equipped kitchen which allowed us to put together a few dishes to take to dinners.

The townhome was comfortable and had plenty of amenities. The only downside was all of the stairs. My parents are getting older and have a hard time with them. I had hoped there was a master on the main but there wasn’t. The app to get in the house was a little clunky and added an element of frustration for my parents as well. All in all the accommodations were great and we enjoyed our stay.

Our family stayed at this wonderful townhome in Lexington, KY for Family Weekend to visit our daughter. The house was exactly as stated in the posting. Plenty of room for all of us. Kitchen well stocked and plenty of linens supplied. Owner was super helpful and awesome. We will surely keep this one on our short list of places to stay in Lexington when we visit!

Overall a good stay. The townhouse is clean and well stocked. The host was very responsive when there were issues. It's more for 5 adults and 1 kid or 4 adults and 2 kids versus 6 adults. Things I wish I would have known: The third bedroom is a daybed with a pullout trundle mattress and if you are tall or have older adults it's not great. The stairs are pretty steep for older people or those with mobility issues. There is a garage, but you can't park in it. The parking is tight if you have 2 or more large trucks.
