Centrally located spot ideal for touring/showing/or eventing, at Kentucky Horse Park (1.5 miles away). Close to Keeneland race course and the Red Mile harness track. House is also located in the middle of the main thoroughbred breeding region in the World. Some of the farms close by are Cobra, Castleton Lyons, Spy Coast, Limestone Ridge, Hurricane Hall, Calumet, Spendthrift, Dixiana, Kentuckiana, Far Away, Three Chimneys, Walnut Hall, and Winchester to name a few.
If you are infatuated with the horse, this is the place to be. The self proclaimed Horse Capital of the world welcomes you! Tours can be arranged with prior notice. See sights from the movies Dreamer, Seabiscut, and Secretariat with in minutes of this home. Perfect place to unwind at night after a day at the races (Keeneland and Red Mile). Touring the Kentucky Horse Park, Keeneland, or Thoroughbred Center, no worries 3-20 minutes away.
One bedroom with King bed, two bedrooms with queen beds. One tub shower combination, one large shower only. Central air, flat screen TVand DVD player. Kitchen and dining room. Washer and dryer. Large fenced backyard for your pet or for grilling on our gas grill. House is small in square footage, so perfect for a home base while touring the area.
We have two homes vrbo # 246734 and #492149 located across the street from this home. If you have a large group we can potentially accommodate according to availability!

Located right by the wedding venue we went to so was the perfect stay! Easy to get to Georgetown and Lexington proper.

The house was clean, and had plenty of linens to accommodate our group for three nights. The backyard was perfect for my pooch which was really nice. Communication was excellent when my parents locked themselves out of the house. Great host and property!

Home was clean and very close to horse park. Owner was very responsive. Noise level is extremely load with traffic all night and I have never stayed at a Vrbo were they did not provide any toilet paper or paper towels even when requested
