About this house rental
Ranch style home located on 85 acre working farm. Located in the heart of the Bluegrass region. Located on Georgetown Rd. in Fayette county, the home is 1.4 miles from the KY Horse Park, and just minutes away from Keeneland, Fasig Tipton, Castleton Lyons, Cobra, Spendthrift, Dixianna, Mt. Brilliant, Far Away, and many other area horse Farms. If you are looking for a guided tour of the area this can be arranged as well.
House is easily accessible from I-75 and I-64, with driving times to Louisville and Cincinnati less than an hour and a half. Centrally located to Georgetown, Lexington, Paris, and Versailles.
House features one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, another queen and twin bedroom, and two full baths. Large fenced backyard with patio. Grill and lawn chairs provided. House has all new appliances, along with laundry facilities. House has horse theme through out. Large kitchen dining area and separate living room with Television.
House adjoins Hurricane Hall thoroughbred farm on one side. Offering beautiful views of the bluegrass. My personal farm adjoins the house on the back side producing tobacco, cattle, and hay. I hope you have a great stay, and love the bluegrass as much as I do!

This house was amazing. The house was a lot bigger than the pictures show and the details to decorating was spot on. I loved waking up and going out to see the horses across the road from the house. The proximity to one of our favorite restaurants was perfect (Red State BBQ). I can't say enough about how happy we were with our stay. This house far exceeded our expectations and I will absolutely book this place again.

We enjoyed our stay. Todd was an excellent host. The home had everything we needed for our stay. We brought our dog and she enjoyed the fenced outdoor area. We would happily stay here again if we are back for an extended stay in the Lexington/Georgetown area.

we stay here all the time the property is always clean and it’s wonderful. Our dog thinks it’s Home. We used to have two dogs and one passed away. Been going to this place for years. It’s a home away from home.
