Underground Parking was great with the Winter Storm coming through. The access to the Jacuzzi and Sauna was great! :-o)

The condo was clean and roomier than expected. It was a good size for our family of 4, including 2 teenagers). The kitchen had a good amount of supplies so we were able to cook during our stay. The location was a short walk from Eagle Lodge which was very convenient to avoid the crowds.

Upon arrival. Tried to pull up instructions for entry and was required to download an app to access directions....and the app was not to be found! Was able to contact owner who was initially rude until she asked if i had an android and then said the app was notoriously not working on androids. Excuse me! Then why forcr us to use the app rather than just using the VRBO app to communicate. We ginally found correct condo building and unit and entered with correct code to find the place FREEZING. There is a woodstove and inadequate baseboard heating. It took hours for us to get the temp up to 62 with both roaring. We noticed when we left that the thermostat had automatically been overridden back down to 55. I don't know who is coming next. But good luck to them if they are coming at night as we did. PS. there's no heat at all in the bathroom So. It is clean and near shuttle for skiing and there's a washer/dryer next door if you are willing to download ANOTHER app and pay for it. But be prepared to be cold for the first 12 hours or so.
