Enjoy this comfortable 1 bedroom + loft, 2 bathroom unit that sleeps up to 6 people. This unit is located in Phase 2 of the Summit in the Conness building and walking distance to Eagle Lodge. Enjoy a full kitchen, TV, WiFi, stereo and wood stove. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The loft has a bunk bed with a full size bottom bunk, twin on top and twin trundle. The complex offers underground parking (garage clearance 7' 0"), (PLEASE NOTE THE HOT TUBS WILL BE CLOSED FOR MOST OF THE SUMMER & FALL AND A PAINTING PROJECT ON THE OUTSIDE OF THIS COMPLEX BUILDING) Jacuzzi, sauna, weight room, laundry facilities, and a pool (summer only). Located on the green shuttle line. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. The place was beautiful, good atmosphere, no one bothers you, it includes everything. It's one of the best places I've been with my family and the best of all is they give you a 5-star service for a good price.

This condo has never experienced any upgrades since it was built. The kitchen was poorly stocked. The coffee maker was broken. Luckily, Ii found a brand new, unopened box with a new coffee pot in it There weren't even hangers in the closet for our clothes. If you're going to rent out your unit. care enough to make it nice for your renters.

Although it was a little hard to find at first we finally got to the condo and were pleasantly surprised with the amenities. Had to plug in the modem for internet. The beds upstairs were great tho hot in the summer. The master bedroom was also good and a pullout in the living room gave more sleeping space. The kitchen is small but works well and well stocked. All in all a great stay.

Close to Eagle Lodge. Love the underground/covered parking, especially because of the storm we were in. The unit is clean, had all the kitchen amenities needed, but is dated. The space was comfortable enough for our group of 5. However, the beds were uncomfortable.
