About this apartment rental
Nicely furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom; sleeps up to 4. This unit is located in Phase 2 of the Summit in the Bradley building and walking distance to the Eagle Lodge. Enjoy a full kitchen, TV, DVD, and wood stove. The master bedroom has a king bed, the living area has a fold out sofa bed and there is an alcove with kids size bunk beds. This unit has WiFi internet access. The complex offers underground parking (garage clearance 7' 0"), (PLEASE NOTE THE HOT TUBS WILL BE CLOSED FOR MOST OF THE SUMMER & FALL AND A PAINTING PROJECT ON THE OUTSIDE OF THIS COMPLEX BUILDING) Jacuzzi, sauna, weight room, laundry facilities, and a pool (summer only). Located on the green shuttle line. Pet friendly, allows one pet. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two parking passes. Efficient one bedroom condo with plenty of room for up to 4. The condo was very clean and the furniture was very comfortable. The bus stop is right outside these condos as well, making it easy to get to Eagle or around town.

This condo in the summit was in a great location outside of town. The condo was clean but needs some maintenance as far as cleaning the carpet and painting. I accommodated 2 people and a dog very well and everything worked that we used. It had an elevator which was very helpful for our older dog. The management company was very easy to work with and helpful.
