About this apartment rental
Nicely decorated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom; sleeps up to 4. Cozy and charming unit located in Phase 2 of the Summit in the Bradley building and walking distance to Eagle Lodge lifts. Enjoy a full kitchen with bar top dining for 4, flat screen TV and comfortable couch with memory foam pull out sofa bed. The master bedroom has a California King with memory foam mattress and flatscreen TV and access to the full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The full kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. This unit has WiFi internet access and overlooks the community Pool at the Summit. The complex offers underground parking (garage clearance 7' 0") Jacuzzi, sauna, weight room, laundry facilities, and a pool (Summer only). Located on the green shuttle line, this unit is on the third floor of the Bradley building and provides elevator access. Pet friendly, this unit will allow one pet (dogs only, no cats due to severe allergy). All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. The unit is located on the third floor, is all on one level and this building has elevator access. Guests will be provided two parking passes. Very nice condo close to Eagle lodge. Very clean, kitchen had everything we needed, comfortable bed in the bedroom. Dog friendly-the property has dog waste bags, which was convenient.

When we arrived to pick up the key from the office, no one was present. Our key had been left out in the open, accessible to anyone who walked by, which raised serious security concerns.Additionally, we accidentally left behind a few sets of clothes. As soon as we realized, we called the office. We were told that staff would check and follow up with us, but we never received a response. They also mentioned that if the items were found, they would be mailed to us. Despite multiple follow-up calls over the course of several weeks, we still have not received our belongings.Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this property.

Preferred our first stay in November. This trip, wood burning stove was disabled, we had looked forward to using it. Comforter on bed was dirty.
