About this apartment rental
Come stay in this spacious, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo that is walking distance to Eagle Lodge. The location and complex amenities cannot be beat! Relax in front of the cozy wood-burning fireplace or enjoy a soak in one of the many complex jacuzzis. The condo has a full kitchen for a home cooked meal after a long day on the hill skiing or biking, as well as plenty of seating at the dining table. In the master bedroom there is a King size bed as well as TV and the full bathroom is just outside the door. There is even a sleeper sofa in the living room for the kids or additional guests. (PLEASE NOTE THE HOT TUBS WILL BE CLOSED FOR MOST OF THE SUMMER & FALL) The Summit complex offers terrific amenities like an outdoor pool as well as 6 jacuzzis, 4 saunas and 3 BBQ areas spread throughout the complex, fitness center, and tennis courts. Underground covered garage parking avoids any shoveling on those snowy days.
All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a maximum of 4 people and comes with one assigned garage parking space. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided one parking pass. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There are multiple stairs to this second floor unit and no elevator, no stairs inside, and no smoking or pets are permitted. Our calendar is updated in real time. My son and I decided to come up to Mammoth on a spur-of-the-moment powder hunt in mid-March and because we used to own a condo in the Summit Condos, I knew the location was great, but didn't want to break the bank. We used to rent our place out using Mammoth Reservations, so I knew they were a first-class operation. Everything was great- reasonable price, great location, easy check-in/check-out, and the condo was ideal for my son and I. I'd highly recommend Mammoth Reservations. The fees are cheaper than VRBO too!

Been staying at Summit for over 45 years. Property in good condition. Only the main hot tub was out of commission. Other hot tubs were just fine.

Awesome location! Can walk to Eagle! Overall the place is great.However the Bed needs fixing or new frame it moves if you breathe or make the slightest move it hits the wall and no one sleeps. Could really use a punch code door vs keyed. You have to wait until check in to get your keys which makes it hard if you are skiing and need to drive in the snow to grab your keys.
