Sun-lit and suburban, the property offers a spacious open-plan living, a large dining space and fully-equipped kitchen with serving essentials and quality appliances. Two bathrooms and free parking add to the convenience, while the patio, communal outdoor spaces and easily accessible parklands right outside the complex put you next to nature.
This spacious three-bedroom apartment is thoughtfully furnished to maximise functionality and is close to supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, public transport, shops, art galleries, cafes and restaurants - everything you could possibly want is at your fingertips.
Step into the living room complete with three-seater couch, flat-screen TV, air conditioning and access to the private patio. Cook up a storm in the gourmet kitchen complete with Blanco stainless steel oven and stove top and all the cooking basics you could need.
Each queen bedroom has wardrobe space for easy storage of luggage and personal belongings, while the primary bedroom has access to its own private ensuite. It’s a busy, buzzy shopping strip with excellent cafes and restaurants.

Overall comfortable place for our 3day stay in melbourne. Close to shops and cafes. The chocolates and wine on arrival was a lovely surprise.Two issues was the ensuite bathroom floods after a shower making it quite wet and there are no extra towels or bath mats to utilize. Also the washing machine wouldnt work which was inconvenient as we were there for a sporting carnival playing 2-3 games a day and needed a quick wash to dry turnaround for the next game.

A cosy and comfortable place to stay. A few issues (e.g., washing machine did not work, front door lock had to be fixed) but overall a good experience.
