Welcome to Kohi Haus "Coffee House", a unique and thoughtfully designed retreat that seamlessly blends the vibrant coffee culture of Brunswick with the serene aesthetics of Japanese-inspired living. We are in one of Melbourne's most exciting, vibrant and multicultural neighbourhoods. We are situated in a prime location nestled between Sydney Road and Lygon Street.
Only 5 km to the CBD with excellent public transport. Situated in a quiet safe street with Melbourne's best restaurants & cafes a short stroll away. Bike paths, universities, hospitals, the zoo, Exhibition Buildings, Melbourne Museum all a short tram ride away. A choice of playgrounds and parks nearby.

• Reverse cycle heating and cooling in every room.
• Baby high-chair, portacot and cutlery for children available
• Complimentary breakfast (Wheetbix, Oats and Milk),
• Complimentary super fast NBN, premium towels/linen and shampoo/conditioner/soaps.
In order to protect our neighbours we limit the booking age of our property to 28 and above, unless you already hold a 5 star review from another stay. Teens and kids accompanied with adults do not fall under this category.
