Access to the room was straightforward. Staff in the building were really helpful and guided us to the proper lifts etc and served very nice coffee and croissants. Southbank is only two blocks away and the view east to south over Albert Park, St Kilda and Port Phillip Bay is amazing.
The building entry is complex with two sets of lifts, only one of which goes to the proper level.

Location, bar down at the bottom and the newness of the property.
Pick up location was a bit dodgy
Entrance, and we arrived at night and no one at reception so the hotel reception had to tell us what lift to use.

The property was clean and had good facilities. This place is very close to most central places. Great location and a clean place. We enjoyed our stay. We would love to come back. Thanks
Mostly it was good however we did struggle with having an only one key card. It would be greatly helpful if you could provide a two-key card to use. Other than that we did enjoy our stay. Thanks
