Located right on the beautiful Binzer beach, this villa—built in 1896 and renovated after German reunification—awaits you in the typical style of Binzer seaside resort architecture. Villa Agnes is situated at the quiet end of Binz’s beach promenade (known as “Fischerstrand”), right next to the Granitz forests and at the entrance to the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve. A magnificent panorama unfolds here: The view sweeps over Binz and the entire bay, the Prorer Wiek, all the way to Saßnitz and the chalk cliffs of Stubnitz. In just a few minutes on foot, you can reach the pier and the center of Binz, with its many restaurants, cafés, and shopping options. You can relax by hiking or taking walks in the Granitz forests, at Schmachter Lake, or along the approximately 4-km-long beach promenade all the way to Prora.
You’ll find exclusively furnished two-room apartments, each with a parking space on-site, a shower and toilet, TV/DVD, hi-fi system, dryer, and washing machine. Wi-Fi is available.

This two-room apartment is located on the second floor and is suitable for up to two adults. The apartment features a sunroom with a sea view.
The two-room apartment 13 (“Weitblick”) with a sunroom facing the lake is located on the second floor and measures approximately 57 m². From the sunroom, you have a stunning view of the Baltic Sea. The apartment is tastefully furnished. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, and other useful kitchen appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, etc. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The separate bedroom includes, among other things, a double bed (box spring) and a large wardrobe with a built-in safe. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. A parking space for the apartment is located on the courtyard side of Villa Agnes. For a fee, guests can use the washing machine and dryer in the basement. During the season, a beach chair is available to guests free of charge.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
