On the lower level, you’ll find an open, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster—ideal for cooking together in the evenings. The adjoining living area with a sleeper sofa offers additional space to relax. Also on this floor is the modern bathroom with a shower. A staircase leads to the bedroom on the upper level, which is furnished with a comfortable double bed. From the living area, you can access the furnished balcony overlooking the quiet courtyard. Wi-Fi is included. A lockable shed and an assigned parking space are available. A common room on the first floor invites you to linger. Linen sets, a travel crib with matching linens, and a high chair can be booked for an additional fee—please specify when booking. The security deposit must be transferred with the final payment and will be refunded upon proper return of the property.


Apartment No. 9 is a bright duplex apartment that spans the upper and attic floors of the building. With 77 m² of living space, it offers ample room for up to 3 adults and one toddler up to 3 years old. The lower level of the apartment features a modern bathroom with a shower, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer, along with a cozy dining area. A staircase leads to the spacious living area on the upper floor, which features a sleeper sofa and access to the balcony. From here, you can enjoy a stunning view of the sailing harbor and the Bodden. Also on this level is the quiet bedroom with a double bed.

A parking space and a lockable shed are available for your use. Additionally, you can use the common room on the first floor, which features a foosball table, air hockey, and a flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi is included.

In a quiet location not far from the Peenemünde harbor, the charming “Zum Seglerhafen” vacation residence awaits you—a modern apartment complex with a maritime flair. The various apartment types range from cozy one-room apartments to spacious three-room vacation apartments and offer 43 to 85 m² of living space depending on your needs—ideal for couples, families, or small groups.

The vacation apartments are located on the first floor and upper floors. Many of the units are designed as duplexes, offering plenty of space across two floors. While the ground-floor apartment features its own terrace, the upper floors offer balconies or enclosed loggias with beautiful views of the landscaped courtyard.

The complex includes a shared garden area with a seating area, perfect for relaxing outdoors. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
One parking space per apartment is available—it is located approximately 100 meters away on Deichstraße and is marked with the respective apartment number. In addition, a lockable shed is available for your use, ideal for bicycles, for example.

You can conveniently book laundry kits, a travel crib, and a high chair for an additional fee—please specify this directly when making your reservation.

Note: A security deposit is required for your stay; it is due along with the final payment and will be refunded after the property has been returned in good condition.
