Great and convenient location to many local attractions. The house itself was nicely renovated. Some basic amenities, such as tissues, hand bath towels and ample coffee were missing. The beds were in fair condition and most were sinking making for an uncomfortable sleep. The most significant concern was a couple workers showing up unannounced to change batteries on the exterior door locks.

The stay was pleasant. Difficult communicating with host. Water in upstairs sink not working. Adorable charm to the place. Kitchen stocked with all would need. Location was perfect.

We visited my son for Thanksgiving and had a great stay under a mile from where he lives. Checkin was seamless. The house is just lovely with lots of space, generous towel and linen supplies, lots of hot water and a well appointed kitchen. Patterson Park is right there with running/walking trails, and Patterson Public House and many coffe shops are an easy walk. We would definitely stay here again!
