Baltimore Townhome Near Oriole Park w/ A/C!

Being so close to Camden Yards made getting to and from the game quick and easy. The townhome comfortably accommodated all 11 of us, and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. The window A/C units in the third-floor bedrooms worked exceptionally well and kept those rooms cool despite the summer heat. We also appreciated how responsive and hospitable the owner was—they replied to my texts quickly and were genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Although the neighborhood wasn’t what we initially expected, we always felt safe, welcomed, and comfortable. The neighbors were friendly, respectful, and added to the positive experience.

The upstairs bathroom could use a little maintenance. The shower curtain should be replaced, and when using the rain shower head, the shower tends to overflow onto the bathroom floor. There is also a small area of mold on the ceiling above the sink that appears to be caused by a possible roof leak. Addressing these items would make the property even better.

The house fit our large group very well. Plenty of beds. Great shower!

The neighborhood was a little scary sometimes. No bathroom on the first floor. Nails exposed in the carpet on the stairs (several people were cut). No laundry detergent.
