The check in was good but the property was lacking... When we first arrived, the front step into the house was very wobbly and the railing was not attached. The screen door also did not close properly. The microwave and the toaster oven were both dirty with food in them there was someone's socks in the dryer there was food in the sink drain. The towel bars were broken off of the walls in two of the bathrooms and sitting on the floor behind the door also the property manager notified us that one of the couch legs was broken which it in fact was, so we had to put bricks under it so that we could sit on the one love seat. The other couch had a burn hole in it from a cigarette. The house was conveniently located where we needed it to be so that was a plus but the overall cleanliness was not what we expected for the price that we paid . There were cobwebs in several areas of the house and there were minor things that needed to be repaired, such as broken slats on window blinds and the third step coming down from the back steps was very loose. Also, the floor near the kitchen sink was cracked and sinking when you stepped on it.
The beds were pretty comfortable and there were plenty of towels and other amenities so that was good I just feel like some of those minor things that were overlooked could have been a little better. .. repairs . dishloose
