About this house rental
Welcome to a beautiful, brand new single family home in a quiet private neighborhood. Close to everything, about 10 minutes to Baltimore Washington International Airport, Marc Train, about 13 minutes to Ft McHenry, Harborplace Mall, about 20 minutes to The Inner Harbor, The malls of Columbia, Towson and Arundel Mills, about 30 minutes to John Hopkins University, Naval Academy, etc.
THERE WILL BE A SECURITY HOLD (NOT A DEPOSIT JUST A HOLD) THAT WILL BE RELEASED 3 DAYS AFTER CHECK OUT.

5 bedroom 3 bathroom single family home, 4 bedrooms on second floor, 1 bedrooms on main floor.

75" smart TV in living room, three 55” smart TV in other rooms.

GUEST ACCESS
You have access to the whole house except owner's closet, ample street parking. Door code is available at check in. The deck at the rear of the house is nice for morning coffee. The yard is nice for kids or ball playing.
The house next door is also listed. Guest have the option of booking both for a large family.
Regarding PETS: We strive to provide our guests with a space that is free from animal allergens. We are obligated to allow a genuine service animal however, be aware that the animal CANNOT BE LEFT ALONE at the home at all during your stay, not even caged. If the animal is left alone in the home you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund of unused nights.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Judy was an excellent communicator and made sure we had everything we needed. Her home was very clean and comfortably supported our 3 families.

Everything was exactly as described in the picture.. The kitchen was wonderful. We had a great Thanksgiving the table set 14 people so that was awesome. We had a few small issues that were taken care of right away. There was plenty of parking on the street and in the driveway, the beds were comfortable.

Judy’s place was beautiful and covered all the basis. I would definitely recommend this place for a large family getaway.
