La proximité du centre de Baltimore, quartier éclectique intéressant et sûr. Tout se trouvait facilement à distance marche. Cuisine et salles de bains très bien.
Climatisation efficace au rez-de-chaussée seulement. Tout a besoin de quelques touches d'amour. Barres à serviettes, chaises de table et autres équipements instables, pas parfaitement fonctionnels ou manquant des morceaux. Terrasse arrière en désordre.
