Very bright apartment of 85m² located at 56 boulevard Garnier – Residence Océanic -facing the beach of the Grande Conche beach, on the first floor.
The apartment is completely renovated, very modern, well equipped, it can accommodate up to 8 people.
Private terrace of 40m2 with a SOUTH / WEST exposure, you will enjoy magnificent sunsets
and the view of the port and the church of Royan.
The entrance opens onto the large living room.
On the left as you enter, you have two bedrooms in a row. The back bedroom has 2 twin beds
and can be transformed into a large bed thanks to the two 80 x 200 mattresses.
The second bedroom has a large bed (160 x 200).
Both bedrooms are bathed in sunlight thanks to large bay windows. The rooms have blinds with
rolls and aluminum shutters. The living room and the 3rd bedroom have a ceiling light with fan.

You can also eat and on the right the corner living room with a large sofa bed
(for 2 people 140 x 200) and a flat screen "smart TV". Board games available and Internet network.
The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer,
Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, washing machine) ...
Another bedroom (at the back of the apartment) will allow you to accommodate two more people
with a 140 x 190 BZ sofa. The bedroom also has a TV.
Two bathrooms are distributed throughout the apartment, each consisting of a shower, a washbasin,
heated towel rail, storage and integrated toilet.
Plenty of storage space will allow you to easily place everything.
We provide you with a travel cot and a high chair and small plastic bathtub for Baby.
Your children will be able to have fun and make friends in the Mickey Mouse Beach Clubs.
The terrace (approx. 50m²) is private and provides outdoor furniture and a large awning as well as
than a beach shower to get rid of the sand!
You will benefit from an annex of approx 9 m2 to store bicycles, stroller, surfboard and beach equipment...
1 bicycle storage room is also available in the condominium and a boxed parking space is reserved for you
in the basement.
Linen is not included in the price but can be provided according to your request and with extra charge
as well as the beds made. Duvets and pillows available.
Pets are allowed only after express authorization. Smoking is NOT allowed in the accommodation.
It is not particularly suitable for people with disabilities because of the stairs.
You will be a 5-minute walk from the Royan post office and the Parc Market. You will find bakery, coop,
Café, tobacconist...
You can come without a car, the multi-modal station is a 15-minute walk away, many buses serve
Neighbouring municipalities and cycle paths criss-cross the entire Royan territory.

Rental in High Season (mid-July - end of August) is for a minimum period of 7 days
From Sunday 4 pm to Sunday 9 am. In low season short stays are accepted (minimum 4 nights).
You will be accompanied on arrival, at the exit and throughout your stay by a member of the team
of the "A La Hauteur" Concierge to facilitate your stay.
∆ any arrival after 20:00 and until 22:00 will be charged an additional 30€ on site.
From 22:00 to 00:00 the arrival will be charged 50€ extra to be paid on site. No departure before 6:00 in the morning.
From 6:00 am to 8:00 am any departure will be charged an additional 30€.
