Grandma's house is clean and comfortable, an open floor plan, with spacious rooms. With a wrap around deck. located 2 miles from Jay, Ok. 5 minutes, 3 miles to MID AMERICA OUTDOORS, 20 minutes, 13 short miles to Disney, Ok, and the BIG MUD RUN. Minutes away from great fishing on Lake Eucha and fun in the sun on Grand Lake. Enjoy a horseback trail ride through Spavinaw Hills State Game Refuge it's just down the road. Large driveway, huge yard to park your side-by-sides, trucks, and trailers. Relax with your family and friends at this peaceful place after your exciting adventures at the off-road parks and the beautiful area lakes.

Bed were very comfortable. Rooms were large. Very secluded and very clean. Price was high in my opinion, versus other properties that I have stayed in, but supply is very low in the area. Host was good to deal with. We would be willing to stay there again.

Very private country feel. House is well maintained and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our group. The beds were very comfortable and our group of 8 felt very comfortable.

Place was nice and exactly as was described. Had 3 trailers with sxs loaded on and had plenty of parking.
