- This property has 2 units with separate entrances. There are no steps to enter the 1st unit (bedroom 1 + bedroom 2), but there are both internal and external steps required for the 2nd unit
- While a boat dock/slip is available for guest use, guests must bring their own ropes and bumpers for the boats
- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located on the dock viewing the boat slip and camera 2 is located on the exterior of the 1st unit facing the main entrance and driveway. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and audio when activated by motion

Place was decorated nicely and presented fairly. Beds weren’t the greatest but the house was located close to everything in a quiet area and it fit our needs. We used the boat slip which was an added bonus and convenient for boating. Unfortunately the rain brought so much debris the lake was hard to navigate but we had a good stay otherwise

We really enjoyed Derrick's property. It is been completely re-done. There is a lovely sunroom with great views of the lake. The larger unit has a washer/dryer, which is wonderful for a lake stay. We were able to cook meals in the large kitchen for our family. The boat dock is convenient and a great plus for the property. Derrick and Summer were very responsive when we ran out of a few essentials. Thanks for a great stay full of wonderful family memories.

Very nice well maintained property. Excellent quiet area calmer waters away from the big boats for tubing and skiing. The owner was very accommodating. Boat ramp and dock on site even bigger plus. Thank you!
