Honey Creek Getaway Cottage is a cozy, family friendly, 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom barn style waterfront lake cottage. Located on a quiet cove, it features a 2 level outdoor deck with beautiful views of Grand Lake. The lot has a gentle slope to the lake. This cozy cottage sleeps 10+ (more if including kids)!

LOCATION:
Have a boat? The cottage is WALKING DISTANCE to the public BOAT RAMP!! Easy access for bringing your own boat or jet skis! We have life jackets and fishing poles available for you to borrow while you're here!
The cottage is a 5 minute drive to Grove! Enjoy the relaxing lakeside getaway cottage with the perks of having restaurants and shops to explore 5 minutes away! Need to get groceries? The Walmart and Harps are right down the road! The area offers so much to do: the lake, golf, mini golf, casinos, shopping, dining and more!
UPSTAIRS:
The upstairs features an open concept kitchen and living room with stunning lake views and a sliding door to a large deck with outdoor furniture, outdoor dining area with large umbrella and a grill!
Bedroom 1 upstairs features a queen bed and beautiful lake view with access to the deck. Includes rocking chair.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and view of the tree filled front yard.
Kitchen is equipped with an oven/ stove, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, 2 coffee makers (Keurig and Traditional), coffee, and all the essential pots, pans, dinnerware, glassware, etc. We also have condiments and spices for your convenience! There is a dining area bar table for 6. We also have 4 wood foldable tray tables to accommodate more eating space inside.
Living room - This is a cozy gathering spot with comfortable seating for 6. This room has a TV with streaming access and high speed internet.
Upstairs Bath - Full bathroom with shower.
DOWNSTAIRS:
BUNK ROOM features a lake view and includes a queen bed, and two full-over-full bunk beds… sleeping for 10 in the bunk room alone! The bunk room also has a double door to the lower lakeside deck. Includes TV, Desk, rocking chair.
Downstairs Bathroom - Full bathroom with shower
Utility / Laundry Room - includes washer, dryer, ice maker, and chest freezer
Mud Room/ Den/ Entrance. - As you walk into the cottage this area offers a place to hang your coats and take off your shoes. The room used to be a garage, but serves as a useful drop zone for coming and going from the lake. This room has a 50 inch tv with streaming, daybed, futon, bean bag, and plenty of games.
The cottage has a quirky layout. The inside stairs are narrow. This home is unfortunately NOT ADA accessible.
PARKING: The driveway is gravel with a slight slope. The area can accommodate 4 vehicles. Please pull all the way forward onto the concrete surface. Please be sure to stay on our property (indicated by reflector posts).
ACCESS: Roads leading up to the cottage are paved.
Outdoor Security Cameras: We have 2 outdoor security cameras for safety purposes. There are no cameras on the inside of the home.
LOT: The lot is waterfront, and has a marine rail system which is OFF LIMITS to guests. You are welcome to enjoy the shoreline around it with fishing and swimming. Please use caution around the marine rail for your safety. The Lot also has a fire pit, and lots of mature oak trees. The lot and cove are a favorite hang out of Canadian Geese, and the lake is a migration path for pelicans during the spring and fall. Enjoy the natural setting and keep your eyes open for birds, squirrels, deer, and the occasional red fox.

We had a great time at the Honey Creek Cottage. We loved the view of the lake, the fire work show that was directly across from us, and all of the sleeping and sitting areas. We will definitely come stay again!

We were attending a Highschool fishing event, this location was absolutely perfect with close proximity to a boat launch. The pictures were very accurate and the cottage a little piece of paradise on Grand Lake. Thank Mary and Cole for an incredible week.
