Very clean. Private boat dock is amazing. Take your own sheets for pull out beds. Wonderful set up for our group. We had 3 couples, 2 teens and 3 small children. :)

Place was decorated nicely and presented fairly. Beds weren’t the greatest but the house was located close to everything in a quiet area and it fit our needs. We used the boat slip which was an added bonus and convenient for boating. Unfortunately the rain brought so much debris the lake was hard to navigate but we had a good stay otherwise
