We loved the view and the sound of the waves. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked and it was very clean.
It was also nice to find parking every time we came back!
Older building that needs work on the outside, the inside of the apartment was wonderful

View from the lanai was unbeatable. Comfortable beds, clean. Not too close to downtown Kona but not too far. Sound of the ocean was lovely.
Construction and parking. There was only one, single lane in and out of the parking lot, much of which was closed off to construction or left empty for inexplicable reasons. And the construction began early in the morning. We were not told that this would be going on. Getting out of the parking lot was a bit hair-raising, especially with parked cars right in the sight line of the exit. And the facility in general was a bit rundown
