The condominium was fabulous. First it was immaculate with everything its place. Secondly it was beautifully appointed to a five star level. But most of all it was the perfect place to stay in Kona. Adjacent food and Poke shops Easy parking. A glorious pool, a favorite of our granddaughter. All topped with a view of fabulous sunsets from the balcony. Wonderful walks on lava flows on the shoreline. We’ve been to this condo complex for years and never disappointed. This unit is the crème de la crème.

The property manager for this VRBO changed our location to a different condo several days before our arrival. He said there were "maintenance issues" with the property we originally selected and paid for. It turned out to be the next condominium complex to the north so similar location which was fine. The unit has a great ocean front balcony and oceanside pool which we throroughly enjoyed. The interior of the condo was older and in need of some new cabinetry in the kitchen and bathrooms. The master bedroom had a nice sliding door that unfortunately had a few large gashes/holes. The hallway leadring to the back bedroom carpet was very dirty and looked old and beaten up. If not for the ocean front view, we would have been very disappointed with this last minute change.
