OCEAN FRONT BEAUTY! Intimate 20 unit complex. Feast your palate with this ocean front condo in the heart of Kailua Kona's "surf city". Spectacular early morning and evening sunset views awaits. There is a surf beach to infront of the property, sandy beach is available one mile from the property at White Sand Beach.
The master suite is a sanctuary, featuring a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. This bedroom opens up to the living room or can be closed off by a bamboo shoji screen. The second bedroom, with another king bed, is perfect for guests or family members. Both bathrooms are newly remodeled with modern fixtures and designer touches. The living area also features a couch with a double size and a love seat with a single size sleeper both with memory foam mattress accommodating up to two additional guests. Two small beaches on each end of the property, one is called Banyan Beach. These beaches are only for surfing.

Our goal was to be as close to the ocean and coast as possible! This condo was perfect for location and watching sea activities of surfers, boats, ship, para sailing etc. Sunsets were great.There were a few things to fix but host will be right on it. AC in front was great. It would be good to have a small unit for 2nd bedroom. Everything we needed to cook was provided. Beach chairs and towels available. It was quiet and relaxing. Thank you

Great location. Very comfortable for our small family. Check-in was seamless which is always nice. Close to many restaurants. Close to many well known surf breaks. The one right outside is called Banyans and it’s a more advanced spot bc of the reef.

Aloha ,We had the most wonderful stay at the Banyan Tree Condo. It is often said that location is everything and this was the absolute perfect location. We sat every morning on the deck and watched the surfers while drinking our coffee. We listened to the ocean every night while falling asleep, which was amazing. The condominium is so well stocked with all essentials. It made our life so much easier. There were even chairs to take to the beach. We felt at home with all the beautiful decorations appropriate for Hawaii. This will be a trip that will stay in our hearts forever thanks in part to our wonderful accommodations. Dawn is an amazing host and we appreciate your attention to detail. Mahalo for the experience of a lifetime.

We had a great stay. The property was as advertised. Great views with some amazing sunsets. Never stayed this close to the water before. The only drawback is that if you are looking for a beach that is only steps away, this might not be the location for you. The property was quiet during quiet hours. Our host, Dawn, was very responsive. We never did have to contact her with any issues in the condo.The grounds, property, and condo were very, very clean. The extras included in the unit were nice: soap, shampoo, full-size washer and dryer. The kitchen was very well stocked. Beds were very nice.We would stay here again.
