Aloha! Come enjoy our expansive, nearly 180-degree, west-facing oceanfront condo located along a charming 2-lane road with plentiful coffee shops, restaurants, and art galleries nearby. We are friendly to all, and look forward to you enjoying our family-owned place as much as we do when we are on the Big Island.
The condo is extremely well-stocked for the beach and for cooking, with luxury, high-quality finishes. Located 2 floors above ground-level, so close to the ocean that it would now be illegal to build there, but it sure is lovely to hear the sounds of the surf in every room. Enjoy granite countertops and beautiful wood in the kitchen, tile floors through-out, an indoor chaise lounge, and a spacious lanai with 2 plush sunbrella chaise lounge chairs and a large teak table seating
Watch sea turtles, the sunset, and Banyan surfers directly from your own Hawaiian paradise, and possibly even dolphins, porpoises, and whales. Open the floor-to-ceiling sliding windows and let the ocean sounds, sights, and breezes flow through. Go into Kailua Kona or on various adventures, then come back to the best place to watch the sunset on the island.
Air conditioning in the main dining room area, fans in every room, pull-down shade by the lanai table.
There is a washer-dryer in unit, and the tv includes cable and is connected to the internet. Access to elevators, swimming pool and hot tub, outdoor showers, and oceanfront gas grill. Includes covered parking spot for 1 car.

Oh where to start...Chad is one of the best, no, the best host we have come across, hands down. The communication from booking through check out was amazing. The condo is equipped with everything you could want or need and is in a great location, you are a quick drive to farmers markets, coffee, you name it. Highly recommend booking this gem if you can.

We had a very relaxing stay! The condo is well stocked with everything you need. Had a keurig coffee maker which I loved using every morning! All the appliances were newer and worked well. Lots of items for going to the beach are provided, like chairs, coolers, boogie boards and noodles! The only drawback, which is not the fault of the owners, is the palm trees do block the view from the lanai. But we grabbed beers and chairs every evening and went down and watched the surfers and the sunset, which we thoroughly enjoyed!! The neighborhood is super quiet too! Would stay here again!
