It's a nice older unit, but the air conditioner has a hard time keeping up with the weather. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to a medical emergency but we would go back again if the need arose

On arrival, door was open (not just unlocked). Lights and fans on and it looked like someone was using the unit and left before we arrived. Sorry to say, but the toilet seat had obvious excrement on seat. Air conditioning was barely enough to minimize the heat except the back bedroom stayed pretty warm. The unit had been cleaned, but needed a deep clean in some areas. The view was as advertised and we did enjoy the view and sunsets. The complex is older and reasonably maintained and close to downtown Kona.
