It´s clean and confortable, but consider that is a business and event´s hotel

We can define it as a business hotel, but it´s clean, confortable and well located, nearby the Tikves Winery. A lot of space for parking ' cause they receive several events comercial and family ones.

Two points may be considered. The frist one is that we had contatct with 4 people there and all of them had a very simple English. The second point is that they don´t have a buffet for breakfast and you need to ask for what you want. Food was good and in good quantity, but it could be explained in the hotel´s description

A comfortable and reasonably priced hotel. Good breakfast, but eat dinner elswhere.

The room was spacious and very comfortable, with good temperature control. It felt like a nice, quiet place to relax. Everything was spotlessly clean. Pricing was reasonable. The staff were helpful and professional and had good English language skills. The hotel had a lot of good common areas with sofas and a nice bar - plenty of spaces for groups to relax in the evening. Breakfast was good - and also provided a good opportunity to stock up on a few snacks for the road ahead,

The Booking.com description of the hotel currently lists it as having a hot tub. But it does not in fact have one. This should be corrected promptly. The dinner menu was very limited - basically just a few salads and burgers etc (plus a couple of pasta dishes that staff actively discoured people from ordering, apparently on the basis they would take 40+ minutes to prepare!). It is a disappointing for a hotel of this calibre not to offer a better dinner option. I ended up going out elsewhere for dinner. When I checked out, I found someone had added room service drinks onto my bill that I had not ordered or consumed - in fact I was out eating dinner at a restaurant when the order was made. Fortunately they eventually removed them from the bill - but it took 3 requests to get them to do so and this should have been easier or not happened at all. The children's soft play area is very extensive and would be great for families - the kids playing there were clearly having a great time. For those not travelling with kids it does however have the downside that it can make the main communal areas of the hotel uncomfortably noisy during the daytime.

Decent place to stay for one night.

Advantage of location is distance from the Tikvesh Winery which was our point of interest. Room was big enough for three persons but not bright enough and without terrace. Parking is secured, in front of the building.

The breakfast was cold, even the food that was supposed to be warm. They do not serve domestic coffee, which is a symbol of the Balkan region, and better-quality coffee should be paid for. The staff seemed forced to be polite.

Usluga. Usli smo 2 sata kasnije jel apartman nije bio cist a bili smo sa bebom. Zena koja trebala da nam da kluceve nije pricala nikakav jezik sem Ceski pa nismo se mogli razumjeti o nicemu. I puno druge stvari al mislim da je ovo dovoljno

Ενα υπέροχο τεράστιο δωμάτιο με τζακούζι.. άνετο κρεβάτι κ πεντακάθαρα όλα.! Μεγάλη τηλεόραση! Παιδότοπος για τα παιδιά με πολλά παιχνίδια!! Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο!!

Το μόνο που θα ήταν καλό να αλλάξει,μέρες γιορτινές να είναι πιο πλούσια η κουζίνα! Καταλαβαίνω πως υπολειτουργεί αλλά σαν εργαζόμενη εστίας επι πολλά χρόνια τέτοιες μέρες δουλεύω για να φροντίσω οικογένειες που κάνουν τις διακοπές τους κ παίρνω προφανώς κ ανάλογο μισθό!

Goed hotel voor rondreis

Ruime parking, rond bed, bubbelbad, (maar moeilijk om te douchen en temperatuurregeling vd kraan werkte niet goed), juiste prijs/kwaliteitverhouding

Beide dagen waren er kinderfeestjes in het restaurant. We konden er niet eten maar aangezien het hotel op een industrieterrein ligt, toch 15 min stappen naar centrum/restaurant. Geen nachtlampje, (maar mss ongebruikelijk in dit land). Eerder beperkt ontbijtbuffet. Airco moest worden bijgeregeld aan de receptie.
