The stay was below expectations

The rooms and the bathroom are spacious and well-lit.

However, the heating is inadequate, as it relies only on an air-conditioning unit and a wall-mounted radiator. Hot water was available only intermittently. The hotel does not offer breakfast service. Additionally, the toilet is damaged.

Didn'reccomend this accomodation that is called "HOTEL"....

I didn't spend night outside...above the sky..

1.This "HOTEL"...Isn't enough iluminated from outside..Hotel's Name...also..wasn't iluminated as it coud be to be recognised!! 2.One of two lifts didn't worked! 3.That one,that "worked" as it should work...when i was on 3rd floor..it shows me that im on 6th floor.... 4.When i came in hotel..due to problems with lifts,i was using stair..Stairs wasn't iluminated!! Becouse staff here forgotten to turn the lights on..so i used my phone flashlamp!! 5. Bathroom doesn't have any heating in WINTER!!AND FOR THE STAFF..IT'S NORMAL!! 6.In Bathroom..the watter tank in toilet didn't work properly... 7Also in bathroom..lamp on the mirror didn't worked... 8.Room wasn't soundproof (one window couldn't close up..!! 9.Room is cold...( One heater machine didn't worked, the remote control of climate wasn't in my room! 10.Headlamps next to bed,didn't have bulbs in it!!! 11.There wasn't phone in the room to use room service!!! Also there wasnt little refrigerator!! 12.There wasn't any option for breakfast,lunch,dinner...(in their booking offer..they said that they have theese options..) So i had to leave my room after first night here..and to ask for partial refund for my money...They fortunately refund me my money,but still didn't accept my notes,why im leaving their "hotel".. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS "HOTEL".....

Definitely not staying in this hotel again

Nothing , you should never stay at this dump.

The first day was enlightening about the hotel’s situation, the a/c wasn’t working so we had to change on another room . The place wasn’t clean at all , we found nuts behind the bedside table , from other guests , and in the night a cockroach showed up in the bathroom. The curtains couldn’t be closed properly in order to avoid the sun exposure, and sometimes they fell of the hook.Also the floor of the room was covered with moquette , as a consequence a lot of hair and dust from the previous clients had been gathered.

it is not clean at all , they dont change the sheets and its very old .. the hotel has a lot of potential but they dont take care of it

See the room I took price was half than other rooms I found out because the toilet wasn't to be flushed and TP placed in a garbage can upon use. The rooms was spacious and the bathroom a spacious room in itself but I did not know this not working toilet was the reason for the discount. Also the blanket was thin and not warm

the bedroom was too cold.. also the staff in the hotel did not want to give me another heating like a.c. the bathroom was real disaster.. so disappointed..

Najgore moguće iskustvo, rezervisali smo tri sobe i nigde nije valjalo, osoblje ulazi u sobe sat vremena kako smo usli u sobu i to samo 3 minuta od kako smo napustilu hitel i otisli u setnju bez pitanja su pomerali lične stvari, gase klimu i svetlo u wcu i ako nam je receno da mozemo da ostavimo klimu jer kako kazu " mozda ce sama da se popravi ako ostane da radi" sa izgovorom nece devojke nista da ukradu one su fine, i morali smo da udjemo da proverimo, čistoća užasna, kupatila i wc sav u buđi i vlazi, klima ne radi, osoblje neljubazno i bezobrazno do te mere da se osećate kao da im smetate, check out u 12 ali su u jednom apartmanu lupali na vrata da moramo da izađemo ranije jer oni “imaju drugu rezervaciju”, iz drugog apartmana su mog dečka bukvalno izbacili sat vremena ranije jer oni moraju da čiste i ostavili ga da sedi sam napolju, kada je poceo sa njima da se raspravlja da je tek 11h i da moze da ostane do 12h do kada je i bila rezervacija oni su rekli tako je do 12h je izlazak sada je 11h i morate da izadjete. Dakle katastrofa od hotela, sramota i bezobrazluk kakav se retko gde viđa, nikada više i nikome ne bih preporučila ovo ruglo od smeštaja!

Esmorzar correcte. Varem coincidir amb la festa local del vi, amb molta animació als carrers del ventre. L'Hotel té un ampli aparcament a l'aire lliure,al davant de l'entrada.

S'havia espatllar l'acensor i les habitacions eren al quart pis.
