Puerto Rico is a very nice resort and this apartment has a magnificent view, also you get wonderful sunsets from the balcony. The apartment is well equipped and just a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants.
I would recommend having a car to explore the Island but it's not essential.
The pictures and description are accurate and the host responded quickly to messages.
We really enjoyed our 2 week stay and would certainly stay again.
There was nothing negative to say about the apartment, it is up a hill, as you would expect given the view. As long as you have reasonable mobility this shouldn't be a problem and the apartment has a lift.

View from the Balcony is amazing, and definitely a highlight for this apartment.
5 min to the beach, 10 min to the shopping centre, 5 min to the nearest grocery shop.
Shabby but fully equipped kitchen, well equipped with everything you need for a vacation cooking.
Big comfortable bed
Nice pool in the building, sunbeds without umbrellas.
Internet is very poor. If you dream about remote work, you need to have your own connection.
You won't have any shower gel, soap, or hair shampoo, if you get lucky, you will find some leftovers from the previous guests. It is not a hotel, but it would have been a nice gesture to have something to wash hands with.
Small thighs differentiate a nice place from an amazing stay.

Great location, just a short walk to the beach and the shopping centre. The view of the beach and marina is amazing.
The lifts are a bit small.
