Solo l ingresso al Palazzo era fatiscente

Muy céntrico, limpio, acogedor, excelente calefacción.

No hay elevador y subir con las maletas no es sencillo pero el lugar es lindo.

Ubicación, limpieza y comodidad del apartamento!!

Que no hay elevador.

The apt itself was clean, quiet and large in size. The location is excellent.

Accessibility - There are two large flights of stairs in order to reach the apartment. I was traveling with a friend who is physically disabled and for her this was an issue, not to mention carrying up suitcases (which thankfully the staff did help with). That being said, had this been stated transparently in the description, we wouldn't have booked. General safety - The doors of the apt - both the internal doors and front door - cannot be unlocked manually from the inside, without the use of a key. This presents major safety concerns should we need to get out quickly in an emergency. At one point my friend had to go out for a bit without me, and in locking the door behind her (as one normally does when leaving a hotel room...even if someone is still inside), she had no choice but to lock me in. This is an easy fix and should really be seen to. Not very good water pressure in shower, and very small and thin towels.
