    Every thing was fine except the parking price and system of gate opening was not practical. Other thing, prefer to have shattaf ( bidet spray ) for the toilet for better cleanliness.

    The hotel is very old. The furniture wasn’t changed for centuries. There is dust everywhere (the rooms not are not dusty). The carpets on the hall as well as in the room are very old and dusty as well. The staff is very nice and it’s the only 5* in this hotel. The breakfast is nice as well as the staff in the restaurant.

    It’s disappointing, the room is nothing like what I booked on the website. It looks totally different, small and outdated. Totally different room than the pictures on Agooda
