The location and price. Basic essential amenities in place. General cleanliness.
There is still a lot of old used fresheners, dry pandan leaves, empty insecticide spray cans & dirty used bedroom slippers in the room.

The location of the property at the center of KB, makes it easier for me to get to the places I want to go and get everything I need.
I like that there is a parking place available for tenants but the entrance and exit of the parking place is quite small.

Kabinet dapur selalu terbuka sendiri ( agak bahaya untuk anak kecil umur 1tahun, bila terbuka, anak nak bermain )
Bilik ni tlalu banyak perhiasan [ xssuai yg bawa anak kecil
Aircond dah lama, nak tukar mode angin xjadi [ sejuk gila smpai ank selsema ]
Tv hanya ada 1 channel
Harga agak mahal, sblum ni sy dah penah mmginap kat cni tp bilik owner lain, bilik dia xsampai seratus tp katil mcm katil coway, aircond pun baru, toilet wangi,,,
