easy to reach the area, near the famous kopitiam kita
broken light fixture on area leading to the elevator, as a guest u have to used different elevator from the resident which troublesome, they only give 1 key and access card, making it impossible to go out freely when u have other family members that want to go out at later time

The location is in town and close to everything I need. The apartment has outdoor swimming pool which is good for my children. The rest of the facilities are as expected
the air conditioner for the second room is not provided but the living room got air cond. The most inconvenience part is the bathroom which is located in the master bedroom. Everybody has to walk thru master bedroom to use the only bathroom. So NO privacy for whoever staying in there. The position of the bathroom is only good for one bedroom apartment. If shared bathroom it should be designed to locate it outside the room for everybody can access easily.
