- nothing, its just that out of two lifts, one is out of order.

Good location and the furniture / rooms all are very good. The house is also clean and well maintained. Extra pillows would be helpful.
Easy parking for our car.
Nothing negative.
For improvements just a few suggestions:
1) upgrade the bathroom to have improved shower, bidet and more deep cleaning. It is not dirty, but there is room for improvement.
2) to have small bowls and jug in the kitchen would be helpful.
3) serving of a few drinks like coffee / tea would upgrade the unit.

Location and ease of getting the access card
Currently not well kept and maintained, not enough air circulation in rooms as there are no ceiling fans in room
