Sangat murah dan tak perlu deposit. Lokasi pusat bandar. Kedai makan berdepan homestay je. Aircond semua ok. Ada washing machine, perkakas dan peralatan dapur. Rumah dan bilik semua luas.
Bangunan lama. Lift seram sikit. Bilik air sedikit usang, sinki pun sama nampak kurang bersih. Disebabkan lokasi di pusat bandar dan berdepan stadium dan pasar malam, keadaan malam saya menginap tu sangat bising sebab ada rehearsal konsert untuk hari Malaysia keesokan harinya. Tapi bising tu sampai 12 tgh mlm sahaja.
