On its own enclosed property of 1000 sqm this house provides to its guests an outdoor swimming pool of 30 sqm, summer kitchen with gas barbecue and sitting furniture, separate toilet, trampoline, sitting furniture in the shadow of grapevine and parking space for 3 cars. Holiday house for 12 guests with a living area of in total 276 sqm on two floors. On the first floor that is furnished in rustic style, there is an air-conditioned living area with access to the large balcony, equipped kitchen with dining table, three double bedrooms of which two with access to its own balcony, bath/toilet, shower/toilet. On the stairs between the first and second floor there is an Orbitrac Bike on guests' disposal. On the second floor that is furnished with modern furniture there is an air- conditioned living area, equipped kitchen with dining table, three double bedrooms and two shower/toilets. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under.
