The location and cleanliness!
We had no idea that the house had multiple rooms which were in use by other residents.
There were kids running all over, we could hear the sound of steps all evening!

Mold on walls on first floor in the entrance to the laundry room/bathroom.

At first I was a bit scared because the house was big and quiet. But they have tenants upstairs (super sweet family) and I honestly felt super safe!! I left my car in the front for 2 days and traveled around with my family with the WEGO.
Pro tip: there’s a WEGO stop one street over (Queen st) and we were able to go to the white river walk, Clifton hill, table rock, and come back to the house without feeling like our feet were going to fall off!! Highly recommend! We’ve been to Niagara in the past and parking and walking around with kids is a nightmare.
