Great value but could use some improvement

Big house with many rooms for our guests. Good value for price

Heating (probably more important during our winter stay) is terribly inconsistent between the rooms. Some rooms were a sauna during the night and some rooms (ground floor and the further upstairs room) were freezing. We left the heat on high and opened both windows in the hot rooms in order to be able to tolerate it (kinda weird when it's 90f inside and 20f outside to do this) Property needs some maintenance, some doorknobs were missing, hole in one bedroom wall

Clean and cute accomodation close to the falls, but has some faults.

The property was clean, spacious, and very close to the falls. The many bedrooms were perfect for our group of 7. We were accommodated with a late check-in and accessing the house was easy. Plenty of space in each room and the home was well-equipped with amenities. We especially liked the sizeable fenced-in garden which was an excellent addition as I had my service animal. The host was also very accommodating to me bringing my service animal.

The main downside to this stay was the excessive communication from the property group/owner, some of which wasn't correct or didn't apply to the property we were staying at. We also were hit with a huge hidden cleaning fee before we checked out (which is totally fine, I knew I was paying for it.) But then in the house rules, it was suggested that we strip all the bedding and put it in the laundry baskets, and some other request I can't remember. We didn't do that because paying over $100 for a cleaning fee felt like enough. Some of the doors in the house were very old and hard to close. We had to use our whole body to close the bathroom door upstairs. The floors were a bit creeky up there too. The beds were also very firm, so take note if you need a softer mattress.

Niagra Falls Trip

Overall the house decor was lovely. It came equipped with a stove, fridge, dishes, plates, etc that you wouldn’t normally get in a hotel. The rooms were quite spacious inside & the beds were comfortable. The color scheme was nice as well. I appreciated the wifi of work purposes.

I did not like the fact that for the amount of rooms, there was only 1 shower upstairs with a toilet, 1 toilet downstairs,1 TV downstairs, 1 mirror upstairs. The driveway & parking situation was/is unclear until a stranger let us know the driveway belonged to the house(you would never know) cause check-in instructions are unclear with the verbiage. Also, someone went in the trash & put in on the ground overnight. Now, maybe I'm tripping but in the smoke alarm at night, green lights would turn on as if they would turn into cameras. Now - in my own home I have a smoke detector and they do NOT turn green at night. So, maybe someone could answer that.

Beds were super uncomfortable, holes in drywall.. door knobs on bedrooms were loose and ready to fall off. Off street parking is a disappointment

The house was spacious. Easy to book. When I had a question it was answered quickly.

The television remote was missing, however we were only there one night so it wasn't much of a problem. We had a slight problem with the door lock code but it worked after a few tries.

not happy at all!

close to the casino and Niagara falls attraction

the outside gate was not complete and not safe for children, there was broken class all throughout the yard. there was only one television, the listing states there was 5 rooms but did not mention 2 were conjoined so it was actually 4 rooms. There were no locks on any of the doors including the restroom doors, the downstairs 1/2 restroom was tiny and should be noted as a powder room. upon entry to the doorway there are 3 large steps that were not noted in pictures or listing and is a huge safety risk for elderly and children. the upstairs restroom was not entirely clean and there was a used soap bar and razor. The neighborhood was not family friendly, very rough and there were female street walkers “hookers” walking up and down the street in front of the house each night and lots of yelling that the whole family could hear until 4am.

Overall the house was okay. Management was helpful as always.

The neighborhood was extremely busy, neighbors were fighting on our vehicles. We had someone come into the yard around midnight and throw chalk at the window

Excellent stay

The stay at the house was really good, it is brand new with a beautiful decoration. Hosts were very accessible and responded to our questions really fast! There is a nice space on the outside of the house that me and my family enjoyed very much, there are things to improve but overall it was a great experience and will recommend it to anyone.

Me picaron unos insectos en la cama en la noche, Tube muchas ronchas de supuestas garrapatas, chinches. No sé. La puerta del baño principal descompuesta. El cuarto del segundo piso tiene un hoyo en la pared. Las cortinas rotas.
