The location was perfect for us, in a good and quiet place. The internet in the house was perfect, the TV didn't play up at all and there was more than Netflix with Disney Plus, Prime and others which allowed the kids to watch all the tv shows and movies they wanted to. There was a lot spaces at the dining table perfect for our family. The area is not for from the shops and was only a short walk away from a lovely park.
The floor in the bathroom was a carpet which wasn't ideal. There was a few broken blinds that wouldn't move so if you wanted to close them you couldn't. Some of the walls needed to be repainted as they had blotches. The garden needs a bit of TLC and the outside toilet wasn't working. There was no iron, there was an ironing board, but without the iron we couldn't iron our clothes. There was no information booklet on local attractions which would have been nice. It just needs the slightest bit more TLC and it'll be perfect!

The location was good, and nice to have off street parking. The lounge was spacious and the beds are really comfortable. Separate toilet and bathroom was convenient as work trip. Shower was lovely and hot, with good pressure
The bedrooms at the rear, both blinds were broken, so could not draw them. Cooking utensils were quite sparse. Lounge carpet very stained, and unfortunately the garden very overgrown. Bedrooms were clean though and apart from the blind issue did sleep ok on the comfy bed
