tolle Ausstattung, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, große, weite und großzügig geschnittene Zweizimmerwohnung, bei der an technischen Geräten alles zur Verfügung steht. Sehr bequeme Betten, hervorragende Dusche und Sanitäreinrichtungen. Wohnung mit seitlichem Seeblick. Sehr gut war die Nähe zum See und zu Versorgungseinrichtungen wie Supermarkt und vor allen Dingen einem grandiosen Bäcker..
Das Dachfenster im Bad konnte man nicht offen stehen lassen, das Schlafzimmer liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße, auf der anderen Seite liegt die Wohnung direkt an Bahngleisen. Wenn die Fenster verschossen sind, hört man davon nichts, wenn man bei offenen Fenstern schlafen will, ist dies ohne Aufwachen, nicht möglich, weil es doch sehr laut ist. Das Eincheckverfahren und das Öffnen der Türe ist als SmartHome nur per Handy möglich und gestaltet sich etwas kompliziert. Keine ausreichende Beschreibung, wo direkt geparkt werden soll.

Geen airco en aan een drukke weg, dus je kon de ramen niet open zetten

Bella posizione, a pochi minuti dal lago. Casa abbastanza fresca nonostante la temperatura esterna alta e nonostante non sia presente climatizzatore ma solo dei ventilatori. Ottimo il parcheggio gratuito riservato.
Molto spaziosa e ben arredata.
Cuscini un po scomodi, e la vicinanza con la strada potrebbe comportare un po di rumore al mattino presto.

It’s very close to the Tegernsee.
It was not clean at all. We had to spend the first hour just for cleaning and telling the host about this didn’t seem to be taken seriously.
We are not very picky people but it was really far from being clean.
