Bella posizione, a pochi minuti dal lago. Casa abbastanza fresca nonostante la temperatura esterna alta e nonostante non sia presente climatizzatore ma solo dei ventilatori. Ottimo il parcheggio gratuito riservato. Molto spaziosa e ben arredata.
Cuscini un po scomodi, e la vicinanza con la strada potrebbe comportare un po di rumore al mattino presto.

The apartment was lovely and it was extremely clean! Even being next to the road and train rail you cannot hear a thing. It’s equipped with everything you need and they even left us a bottle of water, a bottle of wine and some Haribo bears! (We loved those). The host was very friendly and helpful over WhatsApp. We would’ve love to stay more than a night ❤️
The wifi was a bit slow and it would be nice to have some hangers in the bathroom to hang towels. These are just some little comment for improvement that didn’t really bother us! Again, the stay was great and we would gladly stay there again

Dekoration und Küchenausstattung war top. Wunderbare Schallisolierung und super liebes Personal.
Sofa und Bett könnte etwas hochwertiger sein. Leider haben Kissen und Tagesdecke gefehlt.

It’s very close to the Tegernsee.
It was not clean at all. We had to spend the first hour just for cleaning and telling the host about this didn’t seem to be taken seriously. We are not very picky people but it was really far from being clean.
