Nice apartment with good facilities and comfy bed. Apartment is virtually on the beach and within easy walk to the Inter Muros {Old Town). Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Parking is paid street parking - inexpensive - outside apartment.
Reception / Access is done through remote communication. Everything went ok but prefer to see someone.

Top Lage direkt am Strand und fußläufig zur Altstadt. Einweisung & Schluesseluebergabe schnell & problemlos.
Keine Klimaanlage oder Ventilatoren. Fenster können nur vollständig geöffnet und nicht gekippt werden. Dadurch ist Lüften tagsüber nicht möglich, sofern man nicht zuhause ist und Wohnung ist aufgrund der kleinen Größe ziemlich warm.

Está muy bien ubicado (a 10 minutos andando del centro), muy bien equipado (la lavadora y secadora nos vinieron muy bien).
La parte de debajo del fregadero estaba muy sucia con manchas de café, migas, etc. Las sábanas tenían agujeros. No se podían abrir las ventanas porque el apartamento está en un bajo y la gente de la calle pasaba junto a la ventana. Por eso, hacía mucho calor dentro. Y es muy poco discreto. En las fotos parece mejor de lo q realmente es. No es muy espacioso.
