Lovely apartment right next to the beach and walking distance to the city walls

The owner was very friendly and accommodating for our arrival time. The apartment is very well appointed and in a great location.

Mostly very clean, except for the pull out sofa bed which had a dirty sheet on it and contained some items left behind by previous guests. Not too much of a problem though as clean sheets were available in the cupboard.

Leaving from it

This property sits 20 feet from a garbage dump and grinder… in 30 degree weather we had to keep our windows close… no air conditioning. Unbearable humidity and no sleep. The smell was so bad I saw people gagging as they walked by our apartment.. the owner criticized us for using sheets in the closet that were lighter.. he went on and on about not taking our garbage out when we left.. ironically it smelt better that the air in the apartment… do not book here. I added a picture of the garbage outside our window

Nice place and responsive host. We would stay there again.

Beds were comfortable. Recently renovated. Has washer and dryer. Outlets for USB fittings. Only a few steps to beach and about 20 minutes from the walled city. Paid parking available outside front door or free parking close by - less than a 5 minute walk.

Shower had problem of slow drain. However, host was responsive and fixed it next day. The seal along the bottom of the shower door also needs to be replaced. It was dirty with mold coming off of it.

Excellent apartment

This self catering apartment was of a very high standard, extremely well equipped indeed and the bed was comfortable. The check in/out process was simple. The owner was easily connectable. Great location near the beach

Bien situado y equipado, pero podría mejorar.

Buena ubicación en un barrio tranquilo, junto a la playa y a escasos 10 minutos de Intramuros. Bien equipado. Lavavajillas, lavadora y secadora aumentan el confort y la calidad de la estancia.

Al tratarse de un bajo sin cortinas la privacidad se ve un tanto comprometida, especialmente si el día es calurosos (por la tarde da el sol y/o con el uso de electrodomésticos hace calor en el interior, por lo que es casi una necesidad abrir las ventanas -no hay aire acondicionado- obligando a bajar las persianas para no ser visto a pie de calle). Si la estancia se prevé larga esto puede acabar resultando una incomodidad.

Muy poco discreto, pero bien equipado y bien ubicado.

Está muy bien ubicado (a 10 minutos andando del centro), muy bien equipado (la lavadora y secadora nos vinieron muy bien).

La parte de debajo del fregadero estaba muy sucia con manchas de café, migas, etc. Las sábanas tenían agujeros. No se podían abrir las ventanas porque el apartamento está en un bajo y la gente de la calle pasaba junto a la ventana. Por eso, hacía mucho calor dentro. Y es muy poco discreto. En las fotos parece mejor de lo q realmente es. No es muy espacioso.

Très bon emplacement et confortable

La localisation à 2 pas de la plage et proche intra-muros Les équipements, toujours un vrai luxe de pouvoir faire une lessive facilement et mettre au seche linge quand on a des enfants qui se salissent. L'équipement de la cuisine et la déco top. A l'aise à 4 niveau espace et couchage.

Decepcionante

La ubicación, justo al lado de la playa y a 10 minutos del casco histórico.

Estaba muy sucio. Las paredes de la ducha y la mampara llenas de moho( he leído comentarios anteriores comentando lo mismo y no lo han solucionado). Las toallas alguna vez fueron blancas(ahora son grises)y las tuve que lavar antes de usar porque olían fatal. Las ventanas muy sucias también, al abrirlas hacia dentro toda la suciedad entraba en el apartamento. La sábana del sofá me la entrego hecha un gurruño a nuestra llegada. El apartamento lleno de arena a nuestra llegada(imposible que fuese nuestra). Medio rollo de papel higiénico para dos días y nada de jabón. Es un bajo a pie de calle, si abres las ventanas te ve todo el que pasa por la calle y si la cierras te mueres de calor y muy inseguro porque se puede meter cualquiera desde fuera.

L’appartement est très bien situé, à quelques minutes d’Intra muros et à deux pas de la plage. Il est spacieux, très bien équipé et moderne. La cuisine était très bien fournie. La literie était aussi confortable.

Plus d’attention dans le lavage des serviettes de bain. Il y avait des taches et ne sentait pas très bon.

EXCEPTIONEL! APPARTEMENT DE QUALITE

contact très facile pour récupérer les clés. Appartement au top, très bien situé, clair et moderne, super pratique et surtout avec du matériel et des installations électriques et sanitaires de qualité. Vous n'avez pas lésiné sur la qualité installée. Présence de machine et laver et sèche linge toujours utiles.

Eine total super renovierte Wohnung mit einer Ausstattung, die absolut keine Wünsche offen ließ! Wir genossen die schöne Einrichtung und die tolle Beleuchtungsmöglichkeiten! Eine Ausstattung, die einfach super war ! Das Treppenhaus ist ziemlich alt - aber die Wohnung, die im Erdgeschoss liegt ist absolut neu !

Vor dem Haus befindet sich über der Straße die Müllabwurfstellen.
