The location is excellent. Close to beaches cabo roig strip and la zenia Boulevard.
The pool facility is great.
The villa was well equipped and spotless, very comfortable and such a good size. The outdoor space is brilliant.
There was a couple of occasions that the water to the villa was shut off in the mornings for a couple of hours, this wasn't the hosts, but local building works, I understand normally the residents are informed prior, if the agency were to be aware, it would be nice to have had notice, but it didn't impact us too much.
Only minor was that it was a shame the grass area wasn't in a condition to make use of extra space for little ones.
I would highly recommend and would stay again.

very cold heating not adequate took nearly 24 hours to get comfortable would have been nice if it had been turned on before arrived
