We had a great stay! The apartment was spacious, very clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all the necessary utensils, and everything was in excellent condition.

Check-in starts only at 4:00 PM, which is quite late. * The keys have to be collected from a different location rather than at the apartment. Because of this, we had to take a taxi there and back, which was both inconvenient and an additional expense. * A €200 security deposit is required upon check-in. * The deposit can only be paid by card; cash is not accepted. * Only one set of keys was provided for four guests, which was inconvenient when we wanted to go out separately.

AC was excellent, balcony was a great size and the rest of the apartment was a good size for 4 people. The property was cared for well and the grounds were kept very clean.

There were very little home comforts, like an iron, cushions on the sofa, duvet covers, balcony table, cups for tea/coffee. The staff were very strict at the pool and it was unfortunate some toys weren’t allowed and 20 mins away from your lounger seemed excessive, I could understand 30 mins for having lunch etc but it seemed silly. A car is definitely necessary.

The resort itself is beautiful. We really like the swimming pools, the direct access to the beach and the playgrounds, which are especially great when travelling with children. We had stayed at this resort before in a different apartment and had a wonderful experience, which is why we decided to come back.

Unfortunately, apartment 71 was very disappointing. The quality seems to depend greatly on which apartment you are given. When we arrived, the roller blinds were broken and could not be opened. Someone came on Monday to look at them, but nothing else was done. The apartment itself was very run down. The sofa was completely sagging, the beds were basically camping style folding beds with a mattress on top, there was mould on the curtains and in the bathrooms, and the mattresses were heavily stained. The lounge bed on the balcony was broken and unsafe to lie on. Please see the photos. We were also a family of five staying for seven days and were given only one towel per person for the entire stay. These towels had to be used for both showering and the swimming pool, which was very impractical, especially with children. We paid almost €3,000 for one week, so we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, comfort and maintenance. We also mentioned the condition of the apartment when someone came to look at the roller blinds, and he agreed that the apartment was not in good condition, but unfortunately nothing else was done. It is a real shame because we genuinely like the resort and had a very good experience here before. Unfortunately, based on this stay, we would not book again without knowing exactly which apartment we would be given.
