The apartment was very nice and in a good location for us.
Just a few things that lowered the rating was listed items were missing such as an ironing board and toaster I know they are small items but we use them in addition the outside lights didn’t work so the lovely outside space for useless. I escalated on the second day of our stay using the escalation details I was provided but no one came back to us so we just got on with it.
These are things I expect to be checked prior to our arrival.
If these things were sorted I would have given it a 5 star rating.
