Lovely well maintained complex in a great location. Clean pool.

We were given one towel each and only one key on arrival. This was extremely inconvenient as we had a teenage son. If there was a lock box at the door where the key could be left that would be fine but it was a huge inconvenience for the entire holiday. We didn’t have the freedom to go where we wanted. Also, we booked full apartment but only 2 beds were ready as we only booked for 3. All beds should have been prepared regardless. We had friends staying in other apartments managed by other agents and they had 2/3 keys and plenty towels etc. just feel after paying a large amount that the provisions in our apartment were not to the standard we would have expected. Again, a beautiful apartment but I would book via a different management agency the next time as better provisions were provided to others. One key is a HUGE inconvenience and limited our plans on our holidays.

Las instalaciones; la limpieza y la tranquilidad del complejo. Tuvimos un problema con la ducha porque se salía el agua y enseguida vinieron a arreglarlo. El parking muy bien. Pudimos aparcar cerca del apartamento y eso llevando un bebé y un perro se agradece.

La ducha: la puerta tendría que ser corredera para que no se salga tanto el agua. Al llevar mascota nos cobraron un suplemento por limpieza de 25€ (que no lo especifica en ningún sitio) y la fianza en vez de 200€ fueron 500€ por el animal… Para entrar antes de la hora de check in nos cobraron otros 40€.. y si queríamos salir más tarde teníamos que pagar más. Eso no lo veo bien, puesto que ya pagas bastante por el alojamiento. Debería de estar incluido.

The bed wasnt very comfortable

It was a lovely development with a great pool, the pool bar was fabulous with great staff working and the food was great.

The bed sheets were far too thin and we had been originally sold an apartment with one double bed and two twin beds however before our arrival we were informed it would be a sofa bed in the room with the twin beds not as it had originally been sold when we booked. Given the proximity of our arrival we could not find alternative accommodation so we accepted this apartment however it wasn’t a comfortable bed. The other sofa bed in the living room also broke constantly. We asked for it to be fixed which reception staff did so promptly however it continued to break throughout our stay. Some of the pillows we had originally received had mould stains on them. We showed these two reception and they did replace them however this did make us feel slightly uncomfortable.
