La casa está igual que en las fotos, todo reformado y con todas las comodidades

Ciertos vecinos parece que viven para vigilar lo que haces en cada momento, en concreto son el presidente de la comunidad y su mujer. Te llaman la atención por todo lo que tenga que ver con la piscina, que si has andado muy rápido, que si no saltes desde el escalón, que si quedan dos minutos para cerrar y tienes que salir ya de la piscina, que si la niña de 3 años no puede llevar flotador… en fin, que tuve que pararle los pies y amenazarles con una querella si volvían a acosarnos o a insultarnos delante de mis hijos menores, una vez de pararles los pies se calmaron y nos dejaron tranquilos.

La casa esta reformada al completo y tiene todo lo necesario par vivir.

Hay unos vecinos mayores que están pendientes del horario de la piscina comunitaria, pero cumpliendo el horario no hay ningún problema.

Мы провели время в этой вилле и остались в полном восторге! 🌟 Хозяева — просто замечательные, очень доброжелательные и отзывчивые люди. Уже с первого дня они пошли нам навстречу: заселили нас не в 14:00, как положено, а уже в 10 утра. А при выезде, наоборот, разрешили остаться до 17:00 без какой-либо доплаты — это было невероятно удобно и приятно! Сама вилла выше всяких похвал: всё чисто до мелочей, аккуратно и уютно. Есть абсолютно всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха — от соли и масла до посуды и мелких бытовых деталей. Входишь и чувствуешь себя как дома. Отдельное удовольствие — бассейн. Он чистился практически каждый день, всегда был в идеальном состоянии, и отдыхать у него было сплошным удовольствием. Мы не нашли ни одного недостатка. Всё было на высшем уровне. Если бы можно было поставить оценку выше 10, мы бы поставили намного больше. Это одно из лучших мест, где мы когда-либо останавливались. Спасибо хозяевам за такой тёплый приём и заботу. We had a fantastic experience at this house. - Everything was spotless and felt brand new, from the furniture to the appliances. - The house is fully equipped with all the essentials you could possibly need, including a well-stocked kitchen, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. - It's situated in a quiet and well-maintained complex, which is very quiet while being conveniently close to everything. You can easily walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. - The owner, Vlodymir,  was also exceptionally helpful and responsive. We contacted him a couple of times to request an earlier check-in and to extend our stay for an extra night, and he responded immediately both times, which we really appreciated. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay. I wouldn't hesitate to book it again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well-located, and well-managed rental.
