The location is perfect for easy access in the city center. Parking places are fairly easy to find nearby. There is an elevator in the block.
The apartment is spacious, well equipped. It has A/C in the living room and a little bit of fresh air reaches the bedroom as well.
The bathroom and the kitchen are clean and neat.
The floor was DIRTY as could be! It's as if nobody ever cleaned it. We had to keep our outdoor shoes on.
The sofa in the living room had quite a lot of stains.
In the bedroom the sockets were ripped out of the wall and electric cables were just hanging, so we had to be extra careful as we were with our two small children.
